For legal purposes, we have to inform you that neither wolffia in general nor GoWolffia nutritional products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. However, GoWolffia founders have been using wolffia themselves with no adverse reactions, including their pre-school children, and strongly believe in benefits resulting from supplementing our daily nutrition with wolffia whether in fresh or dried powder form.

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms, you and GoWolffia LLC agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration, except as otherwise provided herein. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or equivalent European arbitration body.

GoWolffia LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

17. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by GoWolffia LLC of any term or condition set forth in Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
